Had an issue of a counterfeit product out of the box at the Bardstown store. I emailed the manager with concern to see if this could be remedied through them. They were on it immediately and made things right when they were not even at fault ! A customer service.

Made quite a few purchases there as my wife can verify each and every dollar which has to equal a new purse of some kind. But anyway great place and great people. There the number one in gun sales I think in the US so there's that.

Ordered online, ready to pick up the next day. It was a busy Saturday, but they have things streamlined and was waited on very quickly. If you have other items to shop for, do it first, then get/pick up your firearm. (Your firearm purchase, must be walked up to checkout with a sales associate) Great store! They have a Louisville (east end) store as well, that just re-opened.

Went out here from Georgetown on the advice of a close friend and was not disappointed. Made a purchase online for a spectacular Black Friday deal. This was not my first firearm but was my first store purchase and I was taken through the process with care from start to finish and was out fast, even at noon on Black Friday. Recommend to anyone.

Very nice place to shoot in bardstown

Just happened to drive by when we were in Kentucky for the bourbon trail. It wasn't in our plans at all but glad we saw the sign. We've bought online from them before but it was amazing to see the store.

We are from Tennessee. I bought a trap shotgun from them on the phone and was going to be in the area so I stopped in to pick.ot up. Kim, was great. She answered all my questions and requests. We were like kids in a candy store. We dealt with Blake and another young man, I did not get his name but was just as pleasant. I thought the service was great. The prices were good and more importantly they had what I wanted and even a few things I didn't. (Don't tell). Seriously, this is a great gun shop. I would tell you to check their website for deals. They don't have everything out so you will find some things online at some great prices. And pay attention you will find some things inside that are not online. Overall, they were great.

We drove down from Lexington specifically to get my daughter‘s Genesis bow because they had the exact color that she wanted. Bryce helped her get it set up and tweaked to shoot comfortable for her. He was so patient and took great care of us. I appreciate you so much, sir, and I guarantee we will be back.

Great group of people and quick to assist you

My wife and I recently visited the Bardstown store, looking to buy another 9mm pistol. We were helped by Corbin, who asked us a lot of useful questions. He made a particular effort to find pistols suited to our not so young hands. As we were looking at various possibilities we had an enjoyable talk about interesting guns we each own, especially older family guns that we each particularly value. We made our purchase and are very happy with our choice. We will be returning to the shop often, and will be looking for Corbin when we do.

My first time visiting the Bardstown location. With the Louisville location being closed for building repairs, I was happily surprised to see that a lot of the Louisville location’s staff was working temporarily at the Bardstown location. It’s good to know that they are doing what they can to take care of their employees. The selection was just as good if not better than the Louisville location and the staff was as friendly as ever. Seriously can’t recommend Kentucky Gun Co enough they are a fantastic business and they really show they care about the community and their employees. Will definitely be a life long customer.
